MEETINGS SCHEDULE:
 In view of the necessity to conduct so many meetings of Trust Board, Advisory Board, Core Committee & Different Professional
 Committees it was decided in meeting of Board of Trustees on 2nd October to conduct General Meetings once in a
 quarter rather than every month 2nd Sunday. However keeping in view the request of some of our members, September
 Month meeting will be conducted as scheduled on 9th September 2007 at Head Office, Mylardevpally,
 near Katedan, Hyderabad-500 005. The meeting schedule of other meetings will be as follows:

 


  1.Meeting of Board of Trustees		: Every month 1st Sunday


  2.Meeting of Advisory Board		: Every 3rd Sunday BI-monthly starting from October 2007


  3.Meeting of Core Committee		: Every 2nd Sunday BI-monthly starting from November 2007
                                              (This month starts 30th September 2007)


  4.Meetings of Professional Committees	: As frequently as possible with 7 days prior notice


  5.Annual General Body Meeting		: 4th Sunday of April every year


  6.General Meetings			: 2nd Sunday of Every Quarter
	The Meetings of Board of Trustees, Advisory Board, Core Committee & Professional Committees 
   will be conducted at City Administrative Office located at H.No.2-2-1108/6/8, Tilak Nagar X Roads,
   Amberpet, Opp. To Spencer’s Super Market, Hyderabad-500 044 from 3 pm to 5 pm.


   General Meeting for September month will be conducted in the premises of Sri Raghavendra Hospitals, 
   8-1-206, Mylardevpally, Near Katedan, Rajendranagar Mandal, R.R.Dist., Hyderabad from 4 pm to 6 pm.


   A Special Meeting inviting all the Governing Council Members & Donor Members will be conducted 
   on 14th October 2007 for the purpose of conducting Plot Allotment draw for individuals as well as groups in 
   the premises of Sri Raghavendra Hospitals, 8-1-206, Mylardevpally, Near Katedan, Rajendranagar Mandal, R.R.Dist., Hyderabad.

   Respective Meeting Notices will be sent to you 7 days in advance.
